With the global headhunter company I had two interviews (also emails and Skype were used), I had at least three conference calls with the company, a face 2 face interview . The process lasted around 6 months

First, working management level interview and then V.P level interview is done as the process.
If passed first stage, 2nd stage is going pretty fast. Total duration might be around one month.
