I applied to the position, one week later the staffing specialist scheduled the date for a phone interview. It was 20 minutes long. Face to face interview was then scheduled 1.5 week later. 4 people interviewed me, each lasted 30 minutes. The recruiter called for references, and sent me a link for background check. Everything was good and they gave me an offer. I started working 2 weeks after the offer.
