O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Sanofi (Boston, MA).
Entrevista
Good interviews with the team. However HR was difficult to work with and pushy, demanding salary history both before and after the on-site. HR called after the onsite saying it went well and they were preparing an offer, but again demanded salary history. When provided with a very narrow salary history range, HR continued to push for exact numbers. After ~1 week of no followup, HR asked for a manager reference from current employer. I explained asking for a reference from a manager at current employer would not be prudent without an offer in hand, as the risk was too high, but could provide a peer reference. After ~1wk of no follow up HR said they decided not to proceed with an offer because "you were not forthright with information" regarding salary.
Asking salary history is now illegal in MA.
HR Screen, Hiring Manager Screen, In person interview with several people, Pre-offer follow-up for references and salary history.
It was a very long process. The time from the initial recruiter call to the offer was just over three months with long stretches of silence. I had an issue with the recruiter not relaying important information to the hiring manager, which subsequently painted me in a negative light when meeting with the manager. I interviewed virtually and in person at the office. The only detractor to the experience is the recruiting process. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice.

After looking at our external presence, what would you do differently?
D’abord un rh puis un manager puis un autre manager dans le cas ou tu passe les 2 premiers entretiens pour obtenir le poste que tu veux ou pour etre redirigé

Comment avez vous gerer vos difficultés si vous en aviez dans votre dernier poste
The first round is with HR, the second round with 5 managers which is quite overwhelming. It's not too difficult but it's a long interview with a lot of questions from all 5 managers (hiring manager, dotted lines, indirect managers...)
