I had a phone interview. The interviewer only asked 2 behavioural questions. the rest of the interview was just him describing the workplace and me asking him questions. He finished up the interview by saying "I really like you, you're the kind of person I'd want to work with" which threw me off because that made me think that I got the job. A week later no reply and turns out the position already got filled. Otherwise it was a pretty solid interview.
