HR & hiring manager, typical process. Even hiring manager was asking typical HR type behavior question, such as "how do you handle people with difficutl personality". Why did you hire difficult people at the first place? This causes your team to work on "difficult" people instead of what they are supposed to do

Positive impression before and during interviews but unfortunately they ghost candidates. One role I was ghosted for over two months and then eventually told I was unsuccessful and no feedback provided other than ‘ you didn’t do anything wrong ‘

Interviewed for 2 different roles- had 2 phone screens with the recruiter. Both times recruiter said they would forward info to the hiring manager. After following up with the recruiter, got the same response "the manager is traveling." This went on for a few weeks. Suppose this is their standard response when they don't want to move you to the next round.
