I interviewed with 3 managers at the same time. It was a review of my resume and a discussion of what I know about diabetes. Unfortunately, they were looking for someone with diabetes experience (I have none), so I didn't move on. ** This makes me wonder why I was even chosen to interview for the opening in the first place. I assume they already had candidates they knew but were required by HR to screen others. I'm a little frustrated that I drove an hour and a half in the snow to interview for a position that they knew I wasn't qualified for. The managers I spoke with were all very fair and supportive. No gotchya questions.
