I had three 1 on 1 interviews, two of which were with "Commercial Excellence Managers" and one of which was with a Regional Manager. This was followed by a panel interview with a presentation. No follow up from the "Commercial Excellence Manager" spearheading the process. Long process and seemed like a waste of time. Panel interview questions were weird and panelist seemed disinterested.

It took over a month for the recruiter to reach out to me after applying for the position. The first step was a phone screen with a recruiter who had a language barrier and really didn't understand my answers to his questions. It was clear he was reading off a script and not listening or paying attention to my answers. I was then pushed forward to a second-round interview with the hiring manager and an ABM in another territory. This went super well, it was casual, kind of "walk me through your resume" type of thing. This round was only 30 minutes. I was then contacted about a week later to schedule two separate panel interviews, both 45 min each. I was told the day before the first panel interview that I would need to prepare a 5-10 minute presentation about myself and present it during both panel interviews. My first panel interview went okay, second one went GREAT. I felt really good about things and was excited about the opportunity. A week later, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback whatsoever about why I wasn't chosen for the role. I reached out to the recruiter for feedback from the hiring and very politely asked for any tips or advice on what I could have done better. No response.
