Entrevista
I met one on one with an interviewer from their HR department at my school career center. He went through my resume and asked me to elaborate on specific points and then closed by asking if I had any questions for him.
It was 3 rounds. First is call with recruiter. Second is interview with hiring manager. Third is panel interviews with the whole team. Can be anywhere from 1 - 4 panel interviews.

Entrevista
Interview process was timely and straightforward. Included a screening, then two thirty minute interviews with plant management. The S anodized website had a lot of good resources for what to expect from the process and how to prepare for an interview. I did not get an offer, the team did not provide feedback on the decision
