The process involves submitting a resume, then waiting to hear if it was acceptable, then you are called for a phone interview, followed by a brief panel the next week, After that is done then you are asked to resolve various issue between staff or students in a role play type arrangement. The actors act out a scene and you are told to advise them on how to resolve the issue. Very challenging for a first time person.
