I connected well with the manager and informed we would move forward to face-to-face interview over dinner with another manager. I waited a week before reaching to the HR group but no response. I sent another email after another week emphasizing high interest in the position but still no response from HR. they basically ghosted me. as last attempt I contacted the recruiter and said they would contact HR directly but no response since.
