I had the whole test process in 1 day and then they took my references at same day. I am not completely satisified from scania process of hiring as it is too annoying and they even dont reply for the mails ( very bad point). Even they have a complete recruitment teams but the all of them are just wasting time of candidates not efficient just a show up . I have been interviewed several time in scania. Actually it seems that company is very choosy in selecting people, shows that they really care for selection of a good candiate but it is not true. Sometime they just hire without asking a proper good questions about the candidate and sometimes they just shows that they are really looking for very good candidate. Inside story of scania is that they want alot of people but nobody is serious in hiring. My message to scania is that please try to give a chance to the candiate your 10 mins test cannot show his/her qualities or skills it wasteless as a candidate had a lot of stress at the time of interveiw.
