Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Schindler (Pune) em out. de 2012
Entrevista
I was called by Company HR and he discussed about my profile on call and also asked about my expected salary. After 2 weeks I got a call from HR again and he scheduled my interview and told me it is going to be a interaction meeting with department head. After this call I called him to ask about work profile and he told me he is not allowed to disclose. I asked whether it is going to be a technical or general management role. He tole me , more may be like general management role. I was also interested more in those kind of role. So during the interview, first question of department head was ..You have done bachelors and masters for tier one institutes , why you want to join us. (Schindler makes lift and escalators) hence nothing to do with Aerospace. I told him the kind of role I am looking for. Than he told me that we are looking for core technical kind of work, doing design and simulaitons. So based on this discussion with him we both decided not to go further since it would have been a mismatch for company and for my career as well.
Note: If HR would have told me about profile , I would have talked in same line and may think of taking this role based in salary ( If they would have offered a very good offer)
Had an interview with several people over the course of a day. It was with the head of the department and manager of the department. Overall, it was a pretty good experience
There was a single in-person interview. There were 4 people who interviewed me (my manager and 3 of my team members). Fairly quick interview with general questions. After the interview, one of them toured me around the factory and introduced me to the people working there.
I was brought in for a whole day interview with several people from the engineering team that I would be working with. I talked to the head of the department, the engineer project manager as well as several engineers who are currently on the team before talking to a HR representative.
