      It was a panel interview by 1 x HR manager, boss and a service manager in their Quarry Bay, HK office. The job seems pretty solid and ok for me. But I noticed that they aim't exactly hiring a candidate based on quality and capability, but the budget is even a bigger concern to them (after I found out the pay grade of their company in Glassdoor). It is a process-oriented company. Attending to their interview could be just entertaining to their recruitment process. In their JD, they said they would consider any inexperienced candidates with required only a Form-3 education level (Grade 9)... That isn't true. Because they ended up spending almost 3 months in the selection process for this entry level position. So you can easily tell they demand "a lot more" from the candidates than what their JD mentioned. I was asked a few technical questions by using industrial terms from different engineering domains which were not possible for an inexperienced player to answer. Even I could answer to those questions effortlessly but I think it is unfair to other inexperienced candidates. So they said it is a job for Form 3 education level is just too far from reality. They are actually "very selective". If you think their inexperienced/low education hire is just like what they meant in the JD. You would probably wasting your time.
