The first step was a pre-recorded interview. You were given a prompt, 30 seconds to prepare, and 3 minutes to answer. The next step was a phone interview with a plant manager.
Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Schneider Electric.
Entrevista
Extremely friendly people. I had a great conversation with both interviewers (2 rounds). Overall wanted to see what your goals are and how you behave with others. They taught me more about the company through conversation that the interviews didn’t feel like “interviews”.
