There was a lot of focus on good communication skills and they gauged how likely I was to remain at the company post the 2 year bond.

The interview process went smoothly and didn't drag on. The company was great with feedback and next steps. It was more of a conversational interview with team members that clearly understood what the job was and what they were looking for.
