Started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. After successfully completing the phone interview, I was invited to the headquarters to interview with a handful of key management team including the hiring manager manager and HR.

Farcical. I interviewed the interview panel as they had no idea about the requirements of the job they were trying go fill, as such I took the lead and interviewed them concerning their ability / commitment to delivering the Project at had.
