schneider electric has a good interview process. they conduct 2 technical rounds of interview and 1 H.R. round. in the first round they ask basic questions related your field. eg.. elecrical engineering... they ask what is the principal of a transformer, why are starters required, why power is transmitted in high voltage and so on and so forth. the second technical round is more difficult and tough questions. and H.R round is quiet easy
