A phone interview was scheduled the previous day. The person was 15 minutes late. Talked very fast and was not particularly articulate. She briefly went over the position at a high level, discussed my salary requirements and also the requirement for mobility within the company. She asked me to describe what i do in my current position. Allowed me to ask questions. Entire interview was 15 minutes.

First I was virtually interviewed. 3 weeks later I was contacted for a second interview. 2 weeks later I was offered the position. I was questioned om regards to previous employment and experience.
