After clearing their phone screen, I was asked to come onsite to meet 3 interviewers, each for one hour. I am not sure of what the intention of my first interviewer was. He asked one question and didn't even let me complete it. He went on and on about how one piece of code in C++ could translate into N machine cycles in a virtualized environment. I don't know if he wanted to assess me or whether he wanted to brag about how much he knows. The second interviewer walked in after one hour, observed what was going on and left as he ran out of time. The 3rd interviewer asked me an algorithmic question and that was it.
