Interview was informal and professional. The hiring staff were interested in my background as a person as well my background professionally. I was put at ease by the casualness of the interview, and was keen to take the position immediately.

A couple of experience related questions over email followed by a meet up with the company director. The interview was relaxed and informal, but allowed for a good open chat about the expectations of both parties.
