A coding challenge to be completed within 2 days, followed by series of interviews with 2 team members at a time. The coding challenge was basically a homegrown project intended to demonstrate the applicant's problem-solving abilities. It was probably the most important component of the interview process, as it set the tone for the conversations that followed, as well as determined if those conversations would happen in the first place.
