Worst Interview Process I never seen till yet and I don't wanted to face this type of interview process in future. After completion of 2 rounds of technical interview HR called and told like "Congrats you got selected for this job". And then we discussed about package, work location, training. On next day HR told you have one more Manager round you will get a call by EOD. Next day I got a call and he took next round. In manager round he asked my previous work samples. And HR never picked my call and she never called for me after the process started. I ran at back of HR for update. And finally HR told we hired a guy, he already joined from today. She informed me after that guy joining. Is this is the professional way of taking interview????? Is this is the way of interacting with HR???? Is this is fare by rejecting a guy after congratulating from HR, package discussion, work location, training process????? Is this is fare that informing me after joining of new guy?????
