Don't waste your time with this company. My interview experience is quite similar to person below. I had 2 rounds virtual code pair interviews after initial talk with recruiter. After first round, they told me that they would continue further for Senior Software position to which I said I was Ok and requested to give me chance to improve my rating to still be eligible for lead position. Second round, my code was not complete by end of an hour so interviewer asked me to email him code in next 15 mins. I was not really comfortable with the dark background of code pair editor, it's intellisense which sometimes won't work and jumping up and down to refer the code definitions. But I completed the code and tests and emailed the interviewer in 15 mins. It was all working. But no reply from them and after checking couple of times, recruiter comes back with only lead/manager positions they are pursuing and senior positions are on hold. It was a lie, they opened new senior position after that and my friend was contacted for it.
I don't understand what is acceptance criteria if correctly submitted code doesn't get you selected...I think interviewers are too judgemental of candidates, they need to understand they are not hiring robots, we are humans and are imperfect. Guys, you are not google or facebook!
Like earlier reviewer, I had to ask recruiter about feedback, he never reached out even if feedback was positive.

The recruiter was unprofessional, I wish I can say his name here, I wasted my time for 2 months, I did 4 interviews other than the phone screen with the recruiter, despite my negative experience with the recruiter who never gets back to me I have to keep asking him and he respond after days and he missed meetings with me several times and always call 10-15 min late if he does, the interview was good until I reached the final round which was supposed to be 2.5 hours onsite but because of covid-19 it turned into virtual which I was ok with but they changed the interview to 1.5 hours and instead of behavioral it was coding (multi-threading) which I have limited experience with in .NET but that was not the problem the interviewer was rude and he didn't introduce himself and was in a hurry and left me after 1 hour to finish the code by myself after spending 45 minutes on stupid technical and design patterns questions and names without explaining the code question correctly, then no response for 2 weeks, I followed up with the recruiter and got response 2 days later and schedule a phone call, called me late 15 min and offered me a senior software engineer position saying the the lead position is on hold for now but guess what it was a lie, 2 weeks after I saw them posting a lead position on linkedin and even another recruiter from servicetitan reached out to me for the lead position :)
