The recruiter called me and asked me a few preliminary questions. She was great. Super friendly and able to answer my questions. She set me up with an onsite interview. The onsite interview was weird. The lady didn't really ask me any specific questions, so I just presented her with my sales pitch. She was very excited about basic qualifications that I have. She was unable to answer basic questions about how the per diem scheduling works and couldn't figure out how to determine their time and half pay rate. She told me I'd be a "great fit for their team" and told me she'd call me that night with an offer. 3 days later when I hadn't heard anything I reached back out to the recruiter who told me the lady I interviewed with said they didn't have any positions open. So, I was interviewed for a position that didn't exist. What a giant waste of time. The recruiter was great. It's unfortunate I wasted my time with this place.

It was easy, straight forward questions related to direct roles. Manager asked me to write a simple nursing note during the interview to see my writing ability. The company has numerous employees and branches, I think it all depends on where you apply.
