A three part 45 minute spelling, grammar, and logic test on the computer and a panel interview; each member has a chance to ask questions and respond to a question you ask them, the panel includes the hiring manager. Each member then has the ability to provide feedback about you (weighs heavily) to the hiring manager. Be sure to ask good questions, and have prepared answers.
