30 min behavioral interview phone call, in-person interview with district manager (this is more casual and personal), then a store visit to decide whether or not you want the internship.

To my understanding, a different process than usual. The district manager came in and interviewed me instead of the typical management reps, but they were also present. Come in confident in your abilities and don't be too nervous... especially if you don't interview very often. Just had a simple conversation with the district manager. They really are looking for someone who can provide a fresh outside perspective. Do come prepared with questions to ask about the program, the company, or what is expected of you.

Initial get to know you call, video interview, final behavioral. I did not enjoy the video interview as I feel you can't fully get to know a person through that.
