Initial phone screen with recruiter; video call with hiring manager; virtual on-site with various team members with behavioral, technical, and presentation portions. Overall pretty standard interview process, if not a little more involved than usual aerospace/defense interviews. It was an interesting and fun experience though, everyone was excellent and the team seems extremely bright. In the end, the offer wasn't quite enough for VHCOL area (San Diego) at least until the company is public and its stock is actually liquid.
