Lengthy, confused. They obviously didn't have any structure or process planned beyond meeting relevant potential team members, meet higher up admin, meet every possible team & employees, come back for 2nd day of this & do it all over, come back for a 3rd shadow day, still dont get an offer, wait, finally get offer. This process took about a month and a half.
