It was a telephone interview. The lady was nice. They set up a time for me to come in to fill out paperwork. The next Monday I started working. The conversation lasted about twenty minutes.

Standard interview questions, small IQ test and drug screen. Very friendly. clean environment. very much exactly what I expected. HR person was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Walked in, took the IQ test (about 20 mins), answered her personality questions, took a small tour of the facility, and she said she'd call me within the week to let me know. However, she called the same day and offered the job.
