1st interview: Video Call. The interviewers seem inexperienced. Perhaps an intern and new HR. Had 3 separate interviews scheduled over a few months. I heard there are many HRs in Shopee. 2 of which cancelled with no notice or response as to why the interview was cancelled. Was not a pleasant experience especially after preparing for the interview.

Overall 4/5 HM very caring and polite I though the question would be harder but suprrisingly easy. Got question like what do you see yourself in 5 years. What is the strength and what area do you think you need to improve
