submitting transcript, writing sample and basic information. writing test which involved summarizing a list of items. received lenghty information detailing salary, housing information, insurance, health insurance and tax rates. Screening telephone interview (about 40 minutes long) and hiring telephone interview (10 min). had a weekend to consider offer.
