Videointerview, Mittagsessen mit dem Gruppenleiter, Bewerbungsgespräch mit dem Abteilungsleiter. Es hat 2 Anläufe gebraucht und ich habe 2 Motivationsschreiben geschrieben. Gespräch war ehrlich und auf Augenhöhe. Es wurden die üblichen Fragen gestellt. Gespräch war angenehm.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
