Facil, son muy amables. No saben mucho lo que estan buscando, pero cuando superas la etapa de RRHH y hablas con el manager, se entiende mas la busqueda. En general se toman su tiempo en decidirse, no es rápida, consideran gente interna y externamente a veces.

The process stared at a recruiter.
Second stage a group case study with other candidates
Finally an interview with the division CFO.
From the job posting in November to the actual offer in March the process took too long, with little shedule possibility and lack of feedback.
