One of the bad interview experience. The Job description is for mobile development with average 3 years experience. The interview panel is has no clue about what is mobile development, and were very weak in addressing and assessing candidates. All questions are either irrelevant to your area of expertise or just random question. Asked about basic questions like logical reasoning, like palindrome, anagrams. All the candidates were telling for not giving them a fair chance and asking different types of questions. And if you are from a big company associated with, please don't try. They will just say why you are trying here. everyone must be treated equally whether you are from startup or big company. Bottom line is they need some one to work on something, that's all folks.
