Entrevista
I applied to CBOC in Nov 2023 and heard back regarding an interview in mid January 2023 so there were ~9 weeks between the time I applied and when I was first contacted by CBOC's third party recruiter for a phone interview. By that time, I had already started a new job but was curious about the company so decided to take the interview anyways to learn more. After the phone interview, there was a call with an exec director. I was told that the third step would have been another interview with the newly hired program manager, followed by a written assessment, followed by a group interview/meeting to determine cultural fit - so a 5 step interview process. However, after my second interview with the exec director, I was ghosted despite a follow up to the director I interviewed with and the Sr. HR Coordinator with whom I had previously been communicating which is very unprofessional IMO but not surprising given the many negative reviews posted about the organization.
