Whilst interviewing for this role, I was asked in the interview by a senior manager how old I was - which was obviously a breach of ant-discrimination laws. The HR department advised me what they were looking for in terms of DISC profiles (High Ds and Is)... so I naturally adjusted my responses to reflect those traits more clearly... overlooking the fact that those are already clear traits for me... and therefore didn't end up getting the job as I came across as too assertive. The interview was otherwise fairly straightforward.
Phone interview went well then immediately scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager which also seemed to go well. I was told " I like what I hear I definitely want to hear more from you so I'll moving you to the next round, this will go quickly and the details will come from the recruiter". I received one more email from the recruiter about finishing other interviews and update to come shortly. After that no response again, none of my follow ups or even to say they went with other candidates. There is nothing wrong with deciding to pursue other candidates but ghosting and never responding again is disrespectful especially after telling someone they would have the opportunity to advance. Candidates understand that this is a competitive job market with more applicants per job posting than ever before but the least we expect is a response to a follow up regardless of it's good or bad news. I guess this is an example of the type of dysfunction referenced in the current employee reviews.

It would have been helpful to receive feedback, especially after going through three interviews and a testing process. It seems like this position is an ongoing, recurring job listing in search of the perfect candidate.
