I participated in a non-technical interview. The interview was over the phone. The interview asked typical questions. The interview did not respond to my thank you email, nor my follow up email. I was ghosted for over a month.

After applying, I was reached out to by a recruiter to do a HackerRank technical interview. A few days afterwards, I was asked to schedule a virtual competency based interview (no whiteboarding, just experience related questions) as well as rank the teams that I was interested in being a part of. About a week after the interview, i got a call making an offer.
