After applying, recruiter emailed me and asked for availability for a phone interview. Gave her plenty of days and times but she never responded back. After follow up emails from me, she already set a time for our interview that wasn't one of the free availabilities I gave her. Bad sign already. During the phone call she asked me a total of two questions and then she was done, gave me 15 minutes of her time. When I was talking and answering her questions she didn't seem like she was listening, never chimed in at all or even gave acknowledgment that she was listening. Very cold, robotic. The next day I got a template email that said I didn't move on. Emailed back for feedback and was told I wouldn't get any. She obviously didn't care about candidate experience because I had a terrible one.
