Did a 30 minute recruiter phone screen, an hour with an engineering manager, then a one hour interview with product, one hour frontend coding interview, and a one hour system design interview. The recruiter asked for references and scheduled a 30 minute call with the director of engineering. The next day after that call I got a rejection email stating they were looking for someone with more backend experience. Kind of an odd ending after 5 hours of interviews over the course of 2 weeks.
