Snowflake is an extremely hot company in a hyper growth period, and while the employees I reached out to on LinkedIn before I started this process were helpful and gracious with their time, the rest of this review will be about my experience interview for an Account Executive role.
In my job search, I submitted over 100 applications and interview at over 10 companies. I can say hands down that the way Snowflake conducted themselves throughout the entire interview process (minus the screener call) was the worst experience I've had in my career. After the first round, (which was really just a 30 minute extremely casual conversation with the sales manager) I was invited to a group virtual (Zoom) interview. This interview was the worst and most off putting interview experience I've ever had. Sales managers were having connection issues, people were talking over one another, and I was made to feel that I wasn't valued enough to schedule a 1x1 interview with. I understand that in a COVID world things have to be virtual but this company is just looking for bodies to fill and don't really care who that is. Lastly, after I had spent time preparing and sitting through a virtual group interview it took Snowflake over two weeks to get back to me with a very frustrating "you didn't display the skills we would want on the Snowflake team". At least have the decency to give your candidates who have prepped and put in time while most likely working another job some constructive feedback which they can get better with.

Communication lente, voire absente. Aucun feedback sur les 3 entretiens, que ce soit positif ou négatif.
Thorough process. Met 5 business leaders, a recruiter and a presentation as well as a meeting to finalize the process. Data driven and detailed questions which is not surprising. Incredibly accommodating during the presentation phase with a deck provided for you to minimalise.
