- No HR screening - First interview with the Geo Sales Director - After 30 minutes I'm told that based on my experience, I'm not the right fit for this job, so I guess a HR screening would have been a good idea here.

3 entretiens pour un poste AE en France. Entretien RH, puis entretien avec le Hiring Manager, enfin avec son homologue.
Communication lente, voire absente. Aucun feedback sur les 3 entretiens, que ce soit positif ou négatif.
Thorough process. Met 5 business leaders, a recruiter and a presentation as well as a meeting to finalize the process. Data driven and detailed questions which is not surprising. Incredibly accommodating during the presentation phase with a deck provided for you to minimalise.
