Interviewed via phone for both of my interviewers. Was pleased with how the interviews went but ultimately the location was not optimal for me and the paper industry was of interest to me but not preferred. Overall the experience was easy for those with knowledge of the industry but it wasn't a great mutual fit.

Two interviews, one phone call and one 1:1. After that, they took too long to Make an offer. Once the interview process was fine and I accepted the offer, the filling of all required paper work was done in 1-2 days
