Inicialmente o processo foi realizado pelo Inova Talentos. Para isso foram realizadas as seguintes etapas: análise de currículo, entrevista online e entrega de uma resposta de um desafio. Na próxima fase ocorreu uma entrevista na Rhodia/grupo Solvay

Entrevista
The process was divided into 5 interviews: 1st one = HR to know about my availabilities and motivation 2nd to 4th ones = technical, to know about my scientific knowledge and background 5th one = HR
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Solvay (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
Interview was about 1.5h long and they asked about my research experience. Quite intensive and intimidating.
After that, there is an interview with the HR and the HR promised to get back to me within a week of the outcome. In the end, there was no reply at all after 2 weeks. Very unprofessional in my opinion. A professional HR should not give empty promises if they are not confident of achieving it.
