Phone screening followed by 1:1. Was supposed to meet the team for the next round; but the recruiter cancelled the interview 24 hours before the interview mentioning that the team is travelling and will have to reschedule the interview. Asked for future availability but then never replied back post future availability was provided.
Tried to follow up with the recruiter and no response from him after 2 attempts.
Very unprofessional; If they had hired someone the least that is expected from the recruiter is to pass that information and close the loop. Cancelling the interview 1 day before the interview and never replying back is not the right way to manage the recruitment process.

Screen with Talent acquisition team, received experience and then asked 2 questions related to Sony Values, resilience and collaboration. Always find it disconcerting when a company has the need for resilience to be a core value.
Group Interview, more than 30+ ppl, and then director review, thirdly is president review. Among them president interview is the easiest, but not sure how they select people through daily communciation
Fue una entrevista común. Te hacen preguntas sobre varias cosas, algunas más relacionadas con el trabajo y otras más tipo recursos humanos. Duro alrededor de una hora y fue online.
