I had two rounds of online interviews, one of which contained an Excel exercise which was not too difficult. Overall I had a very positive experience with the people and the whole process, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The process was quite fast as well. In the end, I decided to withdraw before signing the contract (still, this was over a month before I was supposed to start) because I got a better opportunity at the last minute. I was basically called a dishonest person who lacked integrity. It's also good to keep in mind that leaving immediately during the probation period for whatever reason is not acting "below" what is expected from a person.
