A entrevista é bem tranquila. Perguntaram porque eu escolhi minha área de formação e como eu poderia contribuir com o cargo que eu aplicava. As perguntas eram realizadas pela gestora, e ela perguntava mais sobre as capacidades interpessoais do que técnicas
The interview was very easy after around an hour of prepping, the interviewers are very chill and asked about my CV more than anything plus a few technicals. Be prepared for follow-ups
The interview process was quite smooth. It was an hour face to face interview with 2panels, more conversational than formal. The interviewer mainly wanted to understand my background, my interests in marketing and market research, and what I hope to learn during the internship. I liked that it felt supportive and relaxed, which made it easier for me to open up.
