This was the silliest process I've gone through. From start to finish there were 10 steps and they asked for an 11th before I pulled out of the interview loop. First was a intro/vibe check from HR/recruiting followed by an interview with the hiring manager and then a take home assessment. After that was multiple back to back rounds of 2-3 interviews with accounting and finance individuals. Everyone was nice and seemed to enjoy the work.
