Received an email about setting up a phone interview relatively quickly. Spoke on the phone for about thirty minutes and discussed the company and role. We covered the company culture, my qualifications, and my interest in the role. I was interested to hear about the company’s commitment to values as well.

First, there was a phone screen that lasted 20 to 30 minutes. It took a week to hear back. I advanced to the next round, which was an assignment/project - 3 Google Form questions and an Excel mini project - and heard nothing back for about two weeks. Then, I received a "thanks for applying, we received many applications" type of email...the kind of email you'd receive when not getting to any part of the interview process.
