The interview included an HR rep and the Marketing Manager. It lasted roughly an hour and a half, and the first hour was spent answering standard interview questions after excessive small talk that ultimately lengthened the interview. I was then given 30 minutes to review three personas and create a marketing strategy to target each individual. The interview seemed to go well, but there is a lack of courtesy for candidates as I followed up thanking each party via email and inquired about their timeline to fill the position, but was never contacted again.
