Interview process was very long and overly complicated. A total of 6 interviews and several felt repetitive and redundant. One discussion in particular fell far outside the scope of a traditional interview and felt more like legitimate unpaid work. None of the interviews assessed on the job skills and instead focused completely on "strategy and leadership". Everyone I met was very friendly but I did not feel I was properly being assessed. After the final interview, the hiring manager and HR both stopped responding to emails. I eventually received a call from a different HR person with the decision. Overall the experience was long, bizarre, and uncomfortable. I had very high hopes for this company but now can't help but feel like I dodged a bullet.
